AMG Global Distribution Inc. is a long-term Liberty tenant and this move helps the company expand and consolidate its operations.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Sheridan, director of leasing at Liberty Property Trust, represented the developer in the transaction, while Patrick O\u2019Hare, president of Florida Corporate Realty Inc., worked on behalf of the tenant. AMG Global Distribution Inc. is consolidating operations from multiple locations and will approximately triple its space at\u00a0Miami International Tradeport.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 11440 NW 122nd\u00a0St., the 159,180-square-foot industrial building was completed in 2017 and will open this month. Designed to meet LEED certification, the facility features 32-foot clear height, 50 x 54-foot column spacing and 46 dock high overhead doors.
