Corey Chase, senior managing director of NGKF, was the buyer\u2019s broker while David Prioletti, CBRE\u2019s senior vice president, represented the seller. The 18,000-square-foot property was initially built and customized to accommodate video and audio company Video Impressions.<\/p>\n<p>The property sits on 3.2 acres in White Oak Business Park, having immediate access to I-88 via the new Eola four-way interchange. It features a large parking lot, one drive-in door and 16-foot ceiling heights. Nearby tenants are manufacturing company Control Solutions LLC and quality control solution provider Mettler-Toledo CI-Vision Inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Certified Laboratories Inc. will relocate from Romeoville, Ill., later this year, once the conversion of the newly acquired place into a quality food testing facility will finalize.
