<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>HFF has secured $142 million in financing for the development of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cleveland-area-massive-project-lands-49m-in-financing\/\">Pinecrest<\/a>, a 58-acre, 650,000-square-foot mixed-use lifestyle project in the Cleveland suburb of Orange Village, Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>HFF worked on behalf of development partners Fairmount Properties and the DiGeronimo Cos., to place the construction loan with a syndicate of banks including\u00a0Huntington Bank, KeyBank, First National Bank, First Commonwealth Bank and Flagstar Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduled\u00a0for completion in spring 2018, Pinecrest will offer more than 400,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment. Tenants such as Whole Foods, REI, Silverspot Theaters, Pinstripes, West Elm, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Vineyard Vines and Kona Grill have already secured spots.
