Robert Brierley, Colliers & BOMA Boston<\/p><\/div>\n

Colliers International New England recently promoted Robert Brierley to managing director of its real estate management services (REMS) division and executive vice president of Colliers Boston.<\/p>\n

Brierley joined Colliers\u2019 REMS team in 2013, as senior vice president, his professional track record also including positions with Brookfield Office Properties, Equity Office Properties, Beacon Properties and Gilbane Properties. As vice president of operations with Brookfield Office Properties, he was responsible for managing a Class A, 2.1 million-square-foot portfolio with a value of more than $1 billion and an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million.<\/p>\n

During his career, Brierley has provided property, asset and construction management services for a handful of high-profile, Boston-area properties, including 53 State Street<\/a>, 75 State Street, One Post Office Square<\/a> and 225 Franklin Street.<\/p>\n

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Rhode Island. He currently serves as chair elect of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International and holds several awards and distinctions, including local and regional The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) and Earth awards.<\/p>\n
