The real estate operator aims to create a top-notch 15-acre corporate campus that would facilitate MACOM Technology Solutions Inc.\u2019s needs. The project is slated for completion in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The Class A, 58,000-square-foot office building will feature state-of-the-art design and floor-to-ceiling windows with plenty of natural light.\u00a0The campus-to-be provides easy access to Lowell Connector and Route 3 and is right next to the train station. It is also just one mile away from downtown Lowell.<\/p>\n<p>Former owner MACOM has been occupying the adjacent\u00a0R&amp;D and manufacturing facilities, located at 100 Chelmsford St. and 121 Hale St., for 25 and 3 years, respectively.
