The beauty destination was first introduced in 2006 and now will be available in 650 stores in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Sephora inside JCPenney shops feature an open-sell environment encompassing up to 2,600 square feet of cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty accessories.\u00a0New\u00a0openings scheduled for this year include Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pa., Charlottesville Fashion Square in Charlottesville, Va., West Valley Mall in Tracy, Calif. and Danbury Fair in Danbury, Conn. Existing\u00a0expansions that will be taking place in JCPenney locations include Meadows Shopping Center in Las Vegas, Sunrise Mall in Brownsville, Texas, Columbia Center in Kennewick, Wash. and Westland Mall in Hialeah, Fla.\u00a0As part of the beauty expansion, the company will hire an additional 800 consultants nationwide.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Creating a best-in-class beauty experience in stores is one of our biggest advantages over the competition.
