The team that will run the leasing and marketing strategy comprises Lee &amp; Associates Senior Vice President Bill Harrison, Principal Kate Jordan and Associate Austin Ever, while Director of Property Management Michelle Kimos will supervise the asset management activities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located less than 20 miles from the Washington, D.C core, approximately 4 miles from the Capital Beltway (Interstate 495) and MD Route 295, and close to MD Route 193 (Greenbelt Road) and The New Carrollton metro station, the Maryland Corporate Center <em>\u201cis ideally suited for medical and healthcare end-users and government contractors,\u201d<\/em> Harrison said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>The portfolio consists of the following four buildings, totaling 224,000 square feet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7404 Executive Place, a mid-rise, five-story, 77,000 square-foot building;<\/li>\n<li>7375 Executive Place, a four-story, 65,000 square-foot facility;<\/li>\n<li>7401 Forbs Blvd, a single-story, 31,000 square-foot project;<\/li>\n<li>7501 Forbes Blvd, a two-story 51,000 square-foot building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>57 per cent of the total space is available for lease.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Lee &amp;
