The property will include a 20,000-square-foot convention center, a 264-unit apartment building, four restaurants and a 12-key hotel.<\/p>\n<p>Project Manager Dwaine Anderson plans to finish construction in roughly seven years. Vegas Trade Village\u2019s concept is based on Huanghai&#8217;s 75-acre Imperial Valley Trade Center in California.<\/p>\n<p>The project is\u00a0developed in conjunction with land planning and development service firm G.C.
