CBRE is bringing its Workplace360 initiative<\/a> down south with the opening of its new, state-of-the-art office on the 11th floor of 777 Brickell Ave., in Miami. The 18,921-square-foot office will feature both collaborative and private workspaces, as well as a Liquid Galaxy-powered theater. The theater’s advanced technology allows you to virtually navigate through different commercial real estate landscapes around the country on a 3D panoramic screen. The Workplace360 initiative’s goal is to provide a flexible, high-tech work environment that allows employees to choose their workspace. The office will be 100 percent free-address and paperless.<\/p>\n

The 13-story, Class A office building was completed in 1980 and has an ENERGY STAR rating. The building is located at the intersection of Brickell Avenue and Southeast 8th street, in the heart of Miami’s central business district. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated<\/a>\u00a0the relocation and expansion re-lease\u00a0with CBRE back in December 2016. CBRE had previously housed more than 50 employees in a smaller space on the ninth floor of the building.<\/p>\n

This is CBRE’s first Workplace360 office in South Florida. The firm’s Occupier Advisory & Transaction team in South Florida, led by Shay Pope, represented the firm in the lease transaction. CBRE’s in-house Workplace Strategy and Project Management teams are spearheading the implementation of the new space.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
