This new lease brings the asset to a 62 percent occupancy rate.\u00a0Enterprise Industrial &#8211; Building 2 was completed in spring 2016 and offers a 32-foot clear cross dock design with dedicated trailer parking. The building is within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/titan-development-expands-industrial-park-with-184-acres\/\">Titan Industrial Park &#8211; Schertz<\/a>, a 124-acre master-planned park that features more than two million square feet of industrial space. Robinson Weeks Partners has developed the initial two buildings at Enterprise Industrial Park totaling 650,293 square feet and is under construction with its third building totaling 359,251 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>Beaty Palmer Architects designed the building and Metropolitan Contracting Co. was the general contractor. Paul Barker of Endura Advisory Group represented the tenant and leasing is being handled by John Colglazier Jr. of\u00a0Colglazier Properties.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe continue to see strong demand from companies looking for Class A space along the I-35 corridor in northeast San Antonio.
