Savitt Partners recently announced that 530 Seventh Ave. was awarded Wired Certified Platinum status, achieving the highest possible ranking. The asset had previously received Gold status due to the addition of a fixed wireless connection that guarantees service up to 99.99 percent upon any underground disconnections.<\/p>\n

Connectivity-wise, the asset has six fiber providers offering the best internet connectivity, redundancy and resiliency of telecom infrastructure, ease of installation and capacity to support new telecom services. The property also features additional capacity to support the future needs of tenants, separate telecom equipment that reduces the potential service disruption, coaxial cabling, all located above grade level in case of damage from flooding. \u201cAs a landlord, ensuring the best possible experience for our tenants is important to us and we are committed to maintaining Savitt Partners\u2019 position as a market leader and pioneer in digital connectivity,<\/em>\u201d Robert Savitt, founder of Savitt Partners, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

The 490,000-square-foot office building was built\u00a0in 1930 and last renovated in 2011, Yardi Matrix data shows. Amenities include wood and concrete floors, soaring ceilings, on-site management, 24\/7 concierge, state of the art elevators, lower level storage space, versatile space configurations, full floors of 7,500 to 18,500 square feet and divided units as small as 1,400 square feet and great overviews of the city.<\/p>\n

Located in the heart of Manhattan\u2019s historic fashion district, the property is blocks away from the Times Square Transportation hub and within walking distance from both Penn and Grand Central Stations. Notable tenants include The Skylark, Space 530, Trybus and Rhona Sutton. 530 Seventh Ave. is one of the historic buildings that really brings connectivity in unusual spaces.<\/p>\n
