The transaction includes the extension of the existing 43,148-square-foot lease, with an additional 10,889 square feet of space added for a 10-plus year term.<\/p>\n<p>Fully redeveloped in 2008, the 36-story, 887,489-square-foot, LEED Gold certified building is one of the first of its type to feature green roofs in NYC.
