The 60,381-square-foot property is part of Westlake Park Place, an eight-building office complex situated on a 27-acre site in the Conejo Valley. The Class A mid-rise suburban complex utilizes Mediterranean-style architecture surrounding a park-like core.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe transaction reflects the current strength of the Ventura County office market, which is demonstrating solid activity levels as employment in the area steadily grows.
