The building will offer a conference center, training room, tenant lounge and fitness center. Phase two will feature an additional 250,000 square feet across the campus&#8217; 14 acres.<\/p>\n<p>The project is located at the northwest corner of Bethany Drive and Watters Creek Boulevard, within walking distance of the Watters Creek mixed-use development and the planned Allen Hotel and Convention Center.<\/p>\n<p>Construction is being handled by Balfour Beatty Construction and will be completed in the first quarter of 2018.\u00a0JLL&#8217;s <span class=\"xn-person\">Daryl Mullin<\/span>, <span class=\"xn-person\">Chris Doggett<\/span> and <span class=\"xn-person\">Blake Shipley<\/span> will lead the leasing and marketing efforts. The company will also handle property management.
