Senior Vice Presidents Guy Copperthite and\u00a0Jim Darby represented the previous owner in the transaction, while AMR Commercial LLC&#8217;s\u00a0Jack Alexander represented Country Realty.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 9030 Comprint Court, the property is three miles away from the\u00a0Shady Grove Metro Station and two and a half miles away from RIO Washingtonian Center. The asset also\u00a0offers easy access to Interstate 270. Nearby restaurants and retail amenities include The Melting Pot, Five Guys, Office Depot and The Home Depot.
