His responsibilities were to develop insurance programs for real estate and title agents. As a veteran in the U.S. Marine Corps, Lairsch served as a recruiter for the Marine in Chicago before helping to create, manage and grow several insurance agencies across the country.<\/p>\n<p>While in the Marine Corps, Laisch attended San Diego State University.
