The project is slated for completion this summer.<\/p>\n<p>The planned renovation\u00a0includes replacement of the existing walkway, as well as upgrades to the elevator interiors and to the lobby. The company will also\u00a0add a media wall, new vending options, new lighting, new furniture and fixtures and a cafe\/lounge seating area. By adding superior amenities to the two-story multi-tenant Class A office building, Denholtz Associates hopes to maintain the property\u2019s high occupancy rates and continue to attract other tenants. Currently, the building is 98 percent leased.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur understanding of what modern tenants want in an office space motivated us to renovate 150 Morristown to create a highly attractive location for millennials and the companies hoping to attract them,\u201d said Denholtz Associates Senior Vice President of Leasing Kristine Hurlbut, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 150 Morristown Road, the property is in the heart of Somerset County, minutes from downtown Bernardsville and 6 miles from downtown Morristown.
