Avison Young is marketing the building.<\/p>\n<p>The property is strategically located within Colonial TownPark at the intersection of Interstate 4 and State Road 417, adjacent to TownPark Commons, which Piedmont is also developing.\u00a0TownPark Commons is projected to include up to three Class A office buildings totaling up to approximately 800,000 square feet with structured parking, a 250-room hotel, and 100,000 square feet of retail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTownPark is a walkable mixed use development, with retail, restaurants, hotels and apartments; very unique for the Orlando market,\u201d Greg Morrison, Avison Young\u2019s principal and managing director of the firm\u2019s Orlando operations, told <em>Commercial Property Executive<\/em>. \u201cAlso the location at I-4 and SR 417 provides great access for employees from all over the Orlando area; SR 429 will be connecting at that interchange in four years, which will make it the best office location in the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, the new building\u2019s anchor tenant, CNA, moved into 108,000 square feet, spanning three full floors to house its Florida regional offices.
