Judd Gilats, CFO, WPT Industrial REIT<\/p><\/div>\n

Toronto<\/strong>\u2014WPT Industrial REIT has hired Judd Gilats as CFO of the REIT and its external asset and property manager, WPT Capital Advisors, effective July 2017. Gilats will be succeeding\u00a0Dennis Heieie, who plans on retiring in June. Heieie served as CFO of the REIT since 2013 and will remain with the company as an advisor until the end of 2017.<\/p>\n

Before joining WPT, Gilats served as CFO for U.S. Assets & Dislocated Industries and held various finance and capital market roles with Ares Management, Wrightwood Capital, Chiron Corp. and Deloitte & Touche.<\/p>\n

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring on a finance executive of Judd’s caliber to succeed Dennis,” said Scott Frederiksen, CEO of WPT, in prepared remarks. “Judd brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and we look forward to his leadership and contributions as we continue building long-term value for our unitholders.”<\/p>\n
