Hotel Phillips, in partnership with Chicago-based DMK Restaurants, developed an Italian restaurant concept, Tavernonna Italian Kitchen. P.S. Speakeasy is an underground bar located in in the former mail sorting room of the hotel, committed to upholding its prohibition atmosphere by providing access only through a hidden door.
