Micah Strader of CBRE represented Denholtz Associates and Nick Poole of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1966, DLR Group is a fully integrated planning, architecture and development firm. The company focuses on hospitality, retail and mixed-use, education and sports design projects in cities across the United States. The new office will allow DLR to execute projects throughout Florida and contribute to the growth of the Orlando market.<\/p>\n<p>100 East Pine St., is an 83,000-square-foot, six-story office building in the heart of downtown Orlando. Built in 1977, the property features 13,800-square-foot floor plates and 11,000 square feet of retail, according to Yardi Matrix. Since acquiring the building last year, Denholtz invested in significant renovations, including a completely renovated building lobby, and modern upgrades to the common corridors and mechanical systems.
