Throughout his career, he has specialized in obtaining zoning and land use entitlements, as well as business approvals on behalf of development clients. In addition, he has extensive experience in infill development projects. During his time at Withey Morris, Baugh has completed stipulation changes, variances, site plan approvals and plats.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdam possesses specialized knowledge that continues to differentiate Withey Morris and we\u2019re excited about his new ownership role,\u201d Jason Morris, founding partner &amp; owner, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Baugh serves on various boards and committees, including the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce board, Maricopa County Development Task Force and Gilbert Leadership Class XX.
