Construction on the Vista Office is already underway, with completion aimed for this fall. Terrian Designs, will offer conveniences such as digital kiosks and multi-media screens offering Cordillera Ranch information. \u201cThe Vista Office will serve both as a workspace and welcome center for guests of our community,\u201d DH Investments President &amp; COO Charlie Hill said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>Located in Boerne, Texas, Cordillera Ranch is an 800-home community that occupies 8,700 acres of land in the Texas Hill Country. Upon full build-out, the community will consist of 2,500 homes. Roughly 30 minutes northwest of San Antonio, the community offers 0.25-acre villas, as well as larger estates with up to 10 acres of land in a setting that also includes a golf course and Guadalupe River frontage.
