Figueroa St. to 801 Tower in May 2017. The 462,626-square-foot office tower is located at the corner of 8th Street and South Figueroa in downtown Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>The 25-story, Class A property built in 1991 features green glass spire and polished pink granite fa\u00e7ade with sawtooth window line. Office floor plans feature column-free floor plates, 13-foot ceiling heights, and more than 12 corner offices per floor. Property amenities include mechanical and operating systems, three levels of subterranean parking levels and ground-floor retail.
