Situated on 29 acres, the building is also configured with 13,000 square feet of office space.<\/p>\n<p>Hhgregg recently announced plans to close 88\u00a0stores around the country, including 10\u00a0locations in Maryland, following the announcement of a plan to file for bankruptcy protection.
