Daniel Hurd, associate in Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was procured and represented by Associate Douglas Diffie and Senior Associate Bruce Bentley III, both in Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s Austin office. Broker Raj Ravi assisted in closing this transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 5951 Highway 11 South, in Lenoir County, the United States Post Office serves more than 6,500 residents.
