A pedestrian bridge will also be built over Perimeter Center Parkway that will connect Phase I, Phase II and Dunwoody MARTA station. Park Center will include a multi-use trail, a pedestrian plaza and street-level retail.<\/p>\n<p>State Farm occupied a portion of the Hammond Exchange building until October 2016. The company will be leasing space in both Phase I and II, which will bring its footprint to 1.6 million square feet at Park Center.<\/p>\n<p>Phase I of the development comprises a 13-story tower with ground floor retail, a direct connection from the lobby to the MARTA station, two pocket parks, public art and an underground vehicle and pedestrian tunnel.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, the targeted LEED Gold Park Center will include 2.2 million square feet of office and 100,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.\u00a0Cooper Carry &amp; Associates is the shell building and interiors architect.
