The office park is adjacent to the Virtua Health &amp; Wellness Medical Campus and has visibility along Evesham Road.<\/p>\n<p>The multi-tenant and \u00a0currently fully leased medical office building is surrounded by many healthcare providers, including Delaware Valley Urology, Garden State OB\/GYN Associates, Women\u2019s Imaging of South Jersey and LabCorp.<\/p>\n<p>WCRE\u2019s Managing Principal, Jason Wolf, exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction.
