The industry veteran\u00a0will lead the office\u2019s industrial efforts and will continue to work with both landlords and tenants in the Philadelphia area on distribution, manufacturing, refrigeration, telecom and flex properties.<\/p>\n<p>Greenhalgh is a leading broker with 34 years of experience in industrial transactions. Prior to joining the Avison Young team, he served as president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and was co-founder of Waldron Commercial Realty Advisors, a brokerage consulting firm. Additionally, \u00a0he has more than 31 years of experience as director of industrial real estate at Cushman &amp; Wakefield.<\/p>\n<p>Greenhalgh earned a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration from Villanova University and has an MBA in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Peter is one of the most experienced industrial brokers in the market.
