Situated on the southwest corner of West 45th Street, the property is close to 14 subway lines, Penn Station and the Port Authority.<\/p>\n<p>Steven Soutendijk, Glenn Yang and Molly Sandza of Cushman &amp; Wakefield represented Line Corp., while RKF\u2019s Ariel Schuster, Ross Berkowitz and Jason Wecker acted on behalf of SL Green.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Times Square continues to attract strong global retail players. This premier Bowtie location will be Line Friends\u2019 first American flagship. It provides the brand with unparalleled 24\/7 exposure to pedestrian traffic, as well as LED signage ideal for showcasing the company\u2019s retail products that complement its digital application,&#8221; said Brett Herschenfeld, SL Green managing director, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by architect Ely J.
