The building will feature high ceilings and open floor plans, as well as signage opportunities for larger tenants.<\/p>\n<p>The development firm plans to commence construction on the building once it has secured leasing commitments for at least 50 percent of the office space. Verbal commitments have already been made for about 35 percent. According to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/charlotte\/news\/2017\/03\/07\/another-boutique-office-retail-project-planned-for.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Charlotte Business Journal<\/a><\/em>, the estimated delivery of the new property is in the first or second quarter of 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith easy access to the light-rail line and close proximity to neighborhood retail, restaurants and entertainment, 3441 South Blvd., is an exciting new option for creative office users in one of Charlotte\u2019s most desirable submarkets,\u201d said Jubal Early, senior vice president of Lincoln Harris, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>3441 South Blvd. will join other office buildings that are currently underway in South End.
