The $90 million development is slated to come online in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The project located at Centennial Olympic Park Drive will feature approximately 130 units, a rooftop deck with panoramic city views and community amenities such as a club room, dog wash\u00a0area\u00a0and a package-delivery center. The property will also include a 30,000-square-foot ground-floor commercial space for restaurants and other retail, a public park and parking garage. In addition, Castleberry Park will feature\u00a0a 200-key <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hard-rock-brings-its-brand-to-atlanta-in-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hard Rock<\/a> brand hotel.
