The property will likely break ground this fall if an anchor tenant is signed, according to the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/charlotte\/news\/2017\/02\/27\/after-success-of-one-silver-crescent-new-forum.html\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Charlotte Business Journal<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Located at the corner of Ayrsley Town Boulevard and Sessions Street, the four-story building will be in close proximity to major interstates and to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The property will be surrounded by Ayrsley\u2019s various hotels, restaurants, retail and residential options. Two Silver Crescent will feature 20,000-square-foot floor plates with high ceilings and open layouts.<\/p>\n<p>The new asset will be within walking distance of New Forum&#8217;s One Silver Crescent, a building that is currently under construction and expected to deliver early 2018. The 120,000-square-foot One Silver Crescent will serve as the future global headquarters of window and door maker JELD-WEN Holding Inc.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s employers are looking for locations that will allow them to recruit and retain young talent.
