Houston<\/strong>\u2014Thor Equities announced the expansion of The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch’s tenant roster. Three restaurants\u00a0have leased 7,150 square feet of space in the new 35-acre retail development at 9423 Spring Green Blvd. in Katy, Texas.<\/p>\n

Salad bar restaurant Salada signed a long-term lease for 3,000 square feet, while Super Yummy Mongolian Stir-Fry and Sushi took on 2,610 square feet.\u00a0Bambu, serving Vietnamese ch\u00e8, coffee, tea and smoothies, opted for 1,540 square feet.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the signing of these three popular food franchises, we are pleased to continue our successful lease-up of The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch,\u201d Melissa Gliatta, COO of Thor Equities, said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch is the center point for shopping, dining and entertainment for Cinco Ranch, a master-planned community spanning over 8,100 acres in Katy, Texas, within the Houston metropolitan area. The retail center is easily accessible via the Westpark Tollway and bisected by Spring Green Boulevard. Area amenities include several golf courses, more than 100 neighborhood parks, a beach club, waterpark and over 100 miles of hiking and biking trails.<\/p>\n
