OPX provided workplace strategy services and is the designer\/architect of record for Amtrak\u2019s premises. Bert Donohoe at Donohoe Real Estate Services represented the landlord, the National Guard Association of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Amtrak will relocate its operations from Union Station to the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors of the eight-story, 174,000-square-foot property in the fall of 2017.\u00a0Following Amtrak\u2019s requirement to keep its headquarters close to Union Station, Savills Studley analyzed properties in the NOMA\/Capitol Hill submarket in advance of Amtrak\u2019s lease expiration at Union Station.
