Executive Vice President &amp; Co-Branch Manager Mark Russell represented the client, Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord and Hines manages the building.<\/p>\n<p>The tenant will be occupying 67,710 of the building&#8217;s total\u00a01.7 million square feet upon moving in at the end of this year&#8217;s\u00a0first quarter.\u00a0Located at 600 Travis St., the LEED Gold, 75-story, Class A building offers a fitness center, building concierge, 24-hour security, auditorium, conference rooms, a private Sky Lobby, onsite dining options, 1,657 parking spaces and 22,000 square feet of underground retail.
