TMG Partners is implementing extensive renovations to the building, including a full lobby, common area and facade upgrade, as well as a complete HVAC, elevator and fire safety modernization.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 1931, the eight-story building was originally designed by the famed architect Albert Roller as home of Breuner&#8217;s Home Furnishings. Located in the Oakland Uptown market, with large floor plates, high ceilings and within two blocks of BART, Lake Merritt and a plethora of restaurants and entertainment venues, the new space will enable ReadyTech to expand.
