Kopsky will succeed James Sebra, who will continue in his roles until either the completed filing of the company&#8217;s form 10-K or March 31, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining RAIT, Kopsky was executive vice president &amp; chief operating officer of Hunt Cos. since 2013, managing director for Jeffries &amp; Co. in the investment banking project finance group from 2011 to 2013.
