Benchmark will operate the 82-key property, which is being developed on the grounds of the 1982 World&#8217;s Fair Park. Each apartment features\u00a0floor-to-ceiling operable windows, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, gas cooktop and fireplace and spa-inspired bathrooms.
