Waterville, Maine<\/strong>\u2014The Olympia Cos. has added Colby College to its portfolio of properties in the campus hospitality market. The company will develop and manage the campus’ new 42-key hotel and restaurant in downtown Waterville, Maine. Construction on the project, which is owned by Elm City, Colby’s development arm, is set to begin later this year.<\/p>\nThe Olympia Cos. has developed and managed other college-owned properties such as The Hotel at Oberlin (Oberlin College) in Oberlin, Ohio; The Alfond Inn (Rollins College) in Winter Park, Fla. and The Inn at Swarthmore (Swarthmore College) in Swarthmore, Pa. Olympia currently manages six properties in Maine, including Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth and The Brunswick Hotel & Tavern.<\/p>\n
