Houston<\/strong>\u2014Skanska has retained JLL as the exclusive leasing agency for its\u00a0West Memorial Place\u00a0development, a premier 12-acre office campus situated along Terry Hershey Park in Houston\u2019s Energy Corridor.<\/p>\n

The campus includes two sustainable Class A office towers\u2014West Memorial Place I, measuring 331,000 square feet, and West Memorial Place II, measuring 385,000 square feet.<\/p>\n

\u201cJLL\u2019s international expertise, paired with their in-depth knowledge and experience in West Houston, made them a natural partner for the leasing of West Memorial Place,\u201d Matt Damborsky, Skanska USA Commercial Development\u2019s executive vice president, told Commercial Property Executive<\/em>. \u201cTheir team is comprised of some of the industry\u2019s most established brokers who are well-connected to tenants looking for a premier location in Houston\u2019s Energy Corridor.\u201d<\/p>\n

Terry Hershey Park is a lush and vibrant greenspace that provides a wide range of amenities, including miles of hike and bike trails.<\/p>\n

\u201cAdding to this appeal is the one-of-a-kind bike share program that the campus offers, which allows tenants to take advantage of the connecting park,\u201d Damborsky said. \u201cThe West Memorial Place campus is uniquely positioned from a transit perspective as well, boasting easy access to I-10, as well as the Beltway, Highway 6 and the Grand Parkway.\u201d<\/p>\n

Houston\u2019s Energy Corridor is one of the preeminent locations for national and international companies in the energy sector.\u00a0The development was completed in two phases, with West Memorial Place I completing construction in 2015 and West Memorial Place II following in 2016. Currently, Phase I is 55 percent leased and Phase II is 45 percent leased.<\/p>\n

According to Damborsky, the development features two sustainable Class A office towers, one certified LEED Platinum and one with LEED Platinum certification pending.<\/p>\n
