Merrion will focus on office investment sale transactions in Denver and the Rocky Mountain region, teaming up with Senior Managing Director and Co-head of HFF\u2019s Denver\u2019s office, Mark Katz.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining HFF\u2019s team, Merrion served\u00a0as a vice president at JLL since 2013. He is an active member and on the board for\u00a0DMCAR (Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors) and on the Economic Development Council for DDP.
