The property features 150 parking spaces and 8,000 square feet of retail space. Nomad Tower is LEED Gold and Energy Star-certified.<\/p>\n<p>A subsidiary of Global Holdings acquired the property from Jamestown and rebranded it. The company announced an $80 million capital improvement program and repositioning effort.
