The project is being designed by Warner Summers and will be built by Harper Corp. Tenants are expected to begin moving in by the fall of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 4401 Leeds Ave., off of I-526 in North Charleston, the four-story office building will feature an adjacent surface parking lot totaling approximately 375 spaces. Each floor will measure roughly 25,000 square feet and will have floor-to-ceiling glass. River Oaks will be clad in precast concrete panels, glass and metal, with a wood and stone lobby. The building is designed with energy-efficient systems and environmentally sensitive materials. Holder Properties plans to keep many of the large live oaks that have been on the property for more than a century.<\/p>\n<p>During the last decade, Holder Properties has developed more than 800,000 square feet of Class A office space, valued in excess of $185 million, in the Charleston area.
