Adams County is so supportive of new businesses and was instrumental in helping us deliver the building on schedule,\u201d Ann Sperling, senior director with TCC\u2019s Denver office, said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Crossroads Commerce Park is a master-planned development of approximately 1 million square feet of Class A industrial space and\u00a0sits on a 58.8-acre site. The complex encompasses buildings ranging between\u00a017,000 and 376,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The project broke ground\u00a0last summer and four built-to-suit opportunities are still available at the park, ranging from 17,000 to 60,000 square feet of new construction.
