Roach has also served as an expert witness in numerous states and has testified in multiple courts regarding real estate valuation matters.<\/p>\n<p>Leitner is a veteran commercial real estate appraiser with more than 27 years of experience. Previously, he was the founder &amp; CEO of Leitner Group Inc., a leading Tri-state area commercial real estate appraisal firm that was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/bbg-adds-leitner-group-to-fold\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acquired by BBG<\/a> in 2014. Leitner&#8217;s experience includes analyzing various real estate markets within the Tri-state area.
