Brett Wilkerson<\/p><\/div>\n

Denver<\/strong>\u2014BBG recently announced the appointment of\u00a0Brett Wilkerson\u00a0as managing director of the firm’s\u00a0Denver\u00a0office.<\/p>\n

Wilkerson will focus on business development, the continued growth and development of the\u00a0Denver\u00a0office, new client acquisition targeting a diverse client base primarily located in but not limited to the\u00a0Colorado\u00a0region, as well as client and staff management.<\/p>\n

“Brett represents an outstanding example of the type of individual that BBG seeks to join our growing team of professionals. His strong expertise in valuations and a clear focus on how to best service our clients will play a pivotal role in the firm’s continued growth,” BBG’s CEO, Chris Roach, said in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n

Wilkerson has significant expertise with multifamily valuation, feasibility, and market studies of conventional and affordable properties. His experience also includes the valuation of commercial properties, such as office buildings, office\/warehouses, industrial and retail properties, condominiums, and vacant land.<\/p>\n

Prior to this appointment, Wilkerson served as director and senior real estate appraiser at BBG’s\u00a0Dallas\u00a0office. He began his career with the firm in 2005, as an analyst.<\/p>\n
