The property sits on more than 19 acres and features both a value-add opportunity and an additional 4.2 acres of developable land. The four-building business park offers\u00a0819 parking spaces and\u00a0is 65 percent leased to\u00a0seven well-established tenants that have a strong history of occupancy there.<\/p>\n<p>The property&#8217;s immediate proximity to the DFW International Airport and access to major thoroughfares makes it a desirable location for owners and tenants.
