Services range from strategic planning and financial consulting to asset management, program management, planning, design and construction management.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;With their institutional knowledge of Heathrow and proven record in building complex infrastructure projects, Jacobs and the other members of the IDT will allow us to hit the ground running to deliver Heathrow expansion,&#8221; said Barry Weekes, Heathrow Airport&#8217;s head of design. &#8220;Finalizing the IDT members is a significant milestone in what will be a fast paced design and engineering schedule. We are now well on our way to delivering Britain&#8217;s newest runway, providing the additional capacity our country needs to maintain its place in the world as a prosperous, outward looking trade nation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jacobs recently won a three-year framework contract with Heathrow Airport to provide inspection of civil engineering assets and heavy rail, design consultancy and a wide range of other civil airport infrastructure work around the airport.
