Tryon is\u00a0an amenity-rich project in an attractive location for Charlotte&#8217;s millennials and creative tenants,&#8221; said Ted Hill, vice president of Vision Ventures, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Located a short walk from the East\/West Boulevard light rail station, as well as retail and dining options along Camden Road, this new building will use accessibility, walkability and connectivity as its key elements. The 83,000-square-foot,\u00a0four-story property will feature\u00a0a first-floor urban retail space and views of the Uptown skyline, all while located just steps away from Charlotte&#8217;s Rail Trail.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The high-energy corridor is exploding with activity,&#8221; added Barry Fabyan, executive vice president, Agency Leasing with JLL. &#8220;The location and office design make this project a home run.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The South End area is set to undergo numerous changes.
